The Social Justice Committee's mission is carries out by topic-specific action groups that:

• Encourage congregational exploration and action on social justice issues; 

• Create opportunities for congregants to volunteer in support of local human services and social justice organizations; and 

• Financially support and work in coalition with social justice and human service organizations.
