Center for Successful Aging at MedStar Montgomery Medical Center - Comprehensive and compassionate care for older adults in Montgomery County. Geriatric specialized services include; inpatient geriatric consultations, sub acute rehabilitation and assisted living (partnered with facilities), geriatric primary care, Medstar housecalls program and skilled nursing interventions. 

Services provided: geriatric assessment, medication reconciliation, mobility assessment, geriatric psychiatry, social work, and referrals to specialist care.
