Hours: Part time, 20 hours per week, primarily on-site, flexible schedule with Sunday mornings required (3+ per month).

Join us as an administrative assistant, where you’ll play an essential role in supporting our team and ensuring smooth operations across various UUCR departments including the staff Office, Facilities Management, Worship Programming, Religious Education, Rental Management, and Event Coordination. Report to the Congregational Administrator for daily updates, accomplishments, and any issues requiring attention
Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones and emails, scheduling, organizing documents, and complex calendar management
Coordinate and attend meetings and events and prepare agendas
Assist in event management by tracking deadlines and facilitating communication
Handle expense reporting, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks
Liaise with service providers and rental clients, providing excellent customer service
Maintain supplies and manage inventory
Work closely and provide direct support staff functions to the Congregational Administrator, the Senior Minister, and the Director of Lifespan Religious Education (DLRE)
Proven experience as an administrative professional or similar role
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: Hourly rate, commensurate with experience and qualifications
