In our society we expect quick fixes yet we know changes do not happen overnight. Each change comes with times of uncertainty and transition. It can be an act of courage to do what we know is best for us. We must honor the time we take to heal and nourish ourselves for whatever is to come. In this service we'll explore the in-between time of healing in our lives.
