Fear has a way of making us hesitate—to hide, to wait, or to convince ourselves that we aren’t ready. It’s a part of being human, and it’s also a surprising part of being courageous. More often than not, courage looks less like feeling brave and strong and more like getting out of bed, putting on a dress, and showing up anyway. It’s an ordinary, imperfect practice that we need to practice–but how?
