Our Recent Interim Minister

The Rev. Sue M. Turner joined UUCR as Interim Minister in August 2003, and served until summer 2005, when we called a new permanent minister. Before joining us, Sue served at Atkinson Memorial Church in Oregon City and has served as the District Executive in the Rocky Mountains. She leaves UUCR for an Interim Ministry in Rochester, Minnesota. Thank you, Rev. Sue, for your ministry during the past two years!

Sue (not Susan) describes herself as a humanist mystic with a Buddhist mentor. Her strong points are being an ongoing learner, being persistent and tenacious, being able to see the big picture, but making sure the details get done.
