Volunteer Signup for UUCR Bazaar 2007

Many helpers are needed to make the Bazaar a success. Please sign up to help sort items during the week, sell items on Saturday, or to bring a food item. You can download the signup form above and bring it to church.

Help is needed in the following areas:

1. Accept donations and sort items during the week (indicate day & times available):
   
   

   Saturday, Nov 3	11:00 am - 4:00 pm
   Sunday, Nov 4	11:30 am - 3:00 pm
   Sunday, Nov 4	5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
   Monday, Nov 5	5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
   Tuesday, Nov 6	5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
   Wednesday, Nov 7	10:00 am - 9:00 pm
   Thursday, Nov 8	10:00 am - 9:00 pm
   Friday, Nov 9	10:00 am - 3:00 pm

   
   
   
2. Friday night setup (between 3:00pm & 9:00pm) Indicate time you can help.
   
   
3. Sell on Saturday for three hours - more or less time is OK.
   

   Selling shifts:	8:30am - 11:30am
   	11:30am - 2:30pm

   
   
4. Bring a food item on Saturday, November 10 (baked good, breakfast item, soup, chili, salad) (indicate what you will bring).
   
   
5. Help with cleanup and hauling unsold items
   Saturday, November 10, 2:00pm - 3:30pm
