Volunteer Signup for UUCR Bazaar 2010

A minimal form can also be completed online.

Many helpers are needed to make the Bazaar a success. Please sign up to help sort items during the week, sell items on Saturday, or to bring a food item. You can sign up on line in just a few clicks and you're done. We need lots of help during the week leading up to the Bazaar. Sign up now!!

We have childcare available the day of the Bazaar. If you need childcare for your 8 year old and younger, make a note on the sign-up form.

Help is needed in the following areas:

1. Accept donations and sort items during the week (indicate day & times available):

   Saturday, Nov 6	11:00 am - 4:00 pm
   Sunday, Nov 7	11:30 am - 3:00 pm
   Sunday, Nov 7	5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
   Monday, Nov 8	5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
   Tuesday, Nov 9	5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
   Wednesday, Nov 10	10:30 am - 9:00 pm
   Thursday, Nov 11	10:30 am - 9:00 pm
   Friday, Nov 12 No intake, sorting only	10:30 am - 3:00 pm

2. Friday night setup (between 3:00pm & 9:00pm). Indicate time you can help. Cashier needed in the Sanctuary, 6:00 to 7:30, for the helpers' pre-sale.
3. Sell on Saturday for three hours - more or less time is OK.

   Selling shifts:	8:30am - 11:30am
   	11:00am - 2:00pm

4. Bring baked goods on Saturday, November 13, packaged ready to sell in zip lock bags, individually wrapped, etc. Label what the item is, with a list of ingredients or recipe, and the name & phone number of the donor. Baked goods can be accepted on Friday night before the bazaar. Indicate what you will bring.
5. Help with cleanup and hauling unsold items
   Saturday, November 14, 2:00pm - 3:30pm
